Shipping Policy

At Gentle and Grounded, we strive to provide efficient and reliable shipping for all of our products. We offer various delivery options to suit your needs, including Pudo Locker deliveries and Courier Guy options. Please review the following details to ensure that you understand how shipping works for your order:

1. Shipping Methods

We currently offer three main delivery options:

A. Pudo Locker to Locker Shipping
For convenient, self-collection delivery, we use Pudo lockers. Your order will be shipped to the nearest available Pudo locker for collection. Once your order has arrived, you will receive a notification with instructions for pick-up. This method is ideal for those who are unable to receive home deliveries or prefer a more cost-effective and flexible pick-up option.

B. Pudo Locker to Door Shipping
This option allows you to have your order delivered to your door. It provides convenience for customers who prefer home delivery. Delivery fees for this option vary based on the size of the package.

C. Courier Guy Delivery
For larger or heavier items, such as the 25ℓ refills, we offer delivery through Courier Guy. This option is ideal for bulk orders and ensures that larger packages are safely delivered to your door.

2. Processing and Dispatch

Once your order is placed, we will process it within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may take longer to process. Once dispatched, delivery times depend on the method chosen:

  • Pudo Shipping: Delivery to locker locations or delivery addresses usually takes between 2-4 business days.
  • Courier Guy: Delivery times vary by destination but typically take 3-5 business days for most areas.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the products in your order, packaging materials, as well as the delivery method selected. For a more accurate estimate, please proceed to checkout, where shipping fees will be calculated before finalising your order.

4. International Shipping

At this time, we only offer shipping within South Africa. We are working towards expanding our international delivery options, so please stay tuned for future updates.

5. Damaged or Lost Items

We take every effort to ensure that your order is delivered safely. However, if your order is damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us immediately. We will assist in resolving the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund.

6. Returns and Exchanges

For information on returns and exchanges, please see our Return Policy. We accept returns for items that are unused and in their original condition, provided the return is initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
